Ingredients

  • 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks

  • Marinade
  • 2 Tbsp Anne’s Toum Original

  • 4 Garlic cloves smashed with mortar and pestle

  • 1/4 cup full fat plain yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup or tomato paste

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  • Sprinkling of za’atar (if available)

  • EXTRAS
  • Anne’s Toum for dipping is a must!

  • Lebanese pickles

  • French fries

  • Pita bread

Directions

  • Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Add chicken to the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • When ready, skewer chicken and grill until cooked thoroughly and slightly charred.
  • Serve with extra Toum for dipping or slathering on pita bread, pickles and french fries!
