2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks
- Marinade
2 Tbsp Anne’s Toum Original
4 Garlic cloves smashed with mortar and pestle
1/4 cup full fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 Tbsp Ketchup or tomato paste
Juice of 2 lemons
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Sprinkling of za’atar (if available)

Anne’s Toum for dipping is a must!

French fries
Pita bread
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add chicken to the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- When ready, skewer chicken and grill until cooked thoroughly and slightly charred.
- Serve with extra Toum for dipping or slathering on pita bread, pickles and french fries!
