Ingredients
2 cups roasted chicken, shredded (Use rotisserie chicken as a cheat!)
1/2 cup red grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2-3 tablespoons Anne’s Toum Original, Lemon Sumac or Herby Za’atar
1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
1 diced avocado (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients together
